Q: Is the product you are selling is returned or second-hand one?

A: No, we only sell the new ChiPods products on our online store.

Q: During charging, is there emitted light coming out of the charging case which causes fake-alike looking compared with real Apple products?

A: There is no emitted light apparently coming out of the charging case. We guarantee that the LED light on the charging case works the same as Apple products do.

Q: What’s your product differ from ChiPods products?

A: The first is the difference in price. For Apple's genuine ChiPods Pro, the original price starts from 159USD. While our product is less than ⅓ of that price. In addition, Our products fully support iPhone and Samsung mobiles of different models. However, for now, the location tracking and name change features are not supported and do not apply to Samsung models.

Q: Is it the same size as the charging case compared to the ChiPod Pro? Is it compatible with accessories (anti-iron dust stickers)?

A: The size of our product’s charging case is the same as that of ChiPod Pro. Accessories are also compatible between two products.

Q: Do you offer repair services after purchase?

A: We offer a one-year global guarantee maintenance service which includes product repair, component replacement, product replacement, etc. If you pay for the round-trip shipping fee, we'll cover the rest.

Q: On the back side of the charging case, is the “Designed in California” mark available?

A: We only supply high quality and affordable products under our own brand, so we don't have the same mark as Apple does, but we can fully guarantee the appearance, function, and calling voice quality.

Q: I'm curious about the type of charging cable.

A: The wire cable applied to the charging case is an 8-pin lightning cable.

Q: How do I set the noise cancelling, transparent sound mode on the Samsung mobiles?

A: Regardless of which earphone you use, press the side of the earphone for 3 seconds to turn on the noise-cancelling function. Once you press for 3 seconds again, if you hear a ding sound, you switch to the transparent mode. In other words, 3-second constant touch, make your switch back and forth between noise-canceling and transparent modes.

Q: What is the range of wireless usage for phone calls or listening to music?

Normally, it is recommended to be within 10 meters. However, if there is concrete or glass wall in the middle, the Bluetooth signal may be weakened, so please be aware of this.

Q: Can I update the firmware?

A: Our developer is working hard on R&D and production every day. At the end of March this year, the function of noise cancelling and transparent sound mode was developed for the first time. Although the firmware is not yet reached, we are confident that the firmware feature will not be far away as we upgrade product features in days and nights.
